Gumbo Fest

Gumbo Fest can trace its roots back to before 2000 when a need arose for an event to help unite the college.  The Association was presented with the task of organizing the event and the rest is as they say......history. 

The event is completely organized and carried out by the Association and paid for by event t-shirt sales.  The primary purpose of the event is to provide a laid-back atmosphere to help everyone reconnect after the summer and also introduce the incoming freshman to the college.

T-shirts are used as tickets to the event and are available in early September up to the day of the event for ten dollars.
